THE NEST LOS ANGELES

The Nest is a national Autism, Childhood Development and Family Mental Health clinic.

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity Development

The Nest is a unique clinic in its boutique, one-to-one approach to comprehensive care for families working with an Autism or behavioral diagnosis.

The Challenge: Showcase the expertise of a highly qualified and personalized staff including a Child Psychiatrist and PsychNP while clearly articulating the brand as a welcoming setting that provides expert child psychiatry services, parent coaching, social skills support for children, ABA support and immersive classes for communities in Los Angeles Ca, and Boston, MA.
The brand’s founder wanted the brand identity to emulate an ethos of community, signaling a “safe space” for partnerships with families to support their children and deepen the relationships parents have with The Nest’s clinicians.

The Results: We created a visual identity that showcased the unique attributes of the service offerings while crafting an empathetic, soft and sophisticated visual identity that welcomes all members of a family. The core marks were made to feel fun and elegant with a bit of whimsy and a hint of vintage nostalgia. Purple was specifically chosen for the brand kit and played a meaningful role, having been selected in honor of the founder’s daughter, Violet.

A Safe Space: Thoughtful Website Development

The Nest is dedicated to creating a values-based therapy & social skills resource in Studio City, catering to an evolved, aesthetics-driven community of parents through unique and values-based education, fostering strong family bonds and confident parenting.

The website needed to represent the inviting nature of the space and communicate credibility of the founder’s unique and sought-after work while clearly outlining a multifaceted services offering.

“I didn't even know what I needed until Suzanne came in and made it all make sense. She asked great questions and was able to interpret my business goals and brand vision from my original business plan and a handful of pinterest images. With a unique ability to develop a creative strategy, her adeptness at leading the brand development and some awesome copywriting skills, she helped clarify the brand vision, craft the brand identity and build the website to more clearly align with and define my company's purpose and service offerings".”
